Why buy credits or subscribe?
Free 1K + Low lets you explore the product. Paid credits unlock higher quality, larger resolutions, and more models — each option may use a different number of credits, shown clearly before you generate.

Credits vs subscription?
Credits pay per generation; usage varies by model, quality, and resolution (shown before you generate — e.g. ~24 credits for GPT Image 2 at medium quality). One-time packs expire after their validity window. Subscriptions grant credits each billing cycle; at the same tier, cost per credit is typically slightly lower than one-time packs — better for steady renewal.

How do daily free credits and paid credits work?
Generations use your daily free credits first. After today's free allowance is used up, paid credits from packs or subscriptions are deducted. Check the estimated cost in the workspace before generating.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Yes — choose another plan here anytime. For subscriptions, manage renewal and cancellation with your payment provider (e.g. Stripe) or in account billing settings.

Do you offer refunds?
Digital goods and consumed credits are generally non-refundable. For billing disputes, contact support — we review cases within a reasonable timeframe.

Will prices or plans change?
They may evolve with model and operating costs. Entitlements you already purchased usually follow the terms at checkout; renewal prices are shown before payment.

Does paying improve quality, resolution, or queue priority?
Paid credits unlock 2K/4K, medium/high quality, and premium models (sign-in required). Generations using account credits skip the free queue. Daily free credits use the standard queue; peak-time policy is shown on-site.

Does my plan include a public API?
Usually not. If we launch an API, we’ll announce it on the site; until then use the web workspace.

Email support with your use case and compliance needs. Invoicing availability varies by region and entity.

Follow each model provider’s terms and applicable law. We deliver outputs as-is; you must ensure prompts and results don’t infringe third-party rights.
