FreeMake is an online AI image generation service operated at https://freemake.cc (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices you have.
FreeMake lets you create images from text prompts (and, where enabled, related inputs such as reference images) using third-party AI model providers. Some features work without an account within free-tier limits; other features (for example higher resolutions or credit-based usage) may require sign-in and credits.
-
Account and authentication data (if you create an account)
- Examples: email address, profile identifiers, authentication provider data (for example OAuth subject IDs), session/security tokens as needed to operate sign-in.
- Purpose: create and secure your account, provide billing/credits history where applicable, and support you when you contact us.
-
Billing and payments (if you purchase credits or subscriptions)
- Examples: transaction identifiers, plan/credit balances, currency, and payment-related metadata. Card numbers and full payment credentials are handled by our payment processors (for example Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Purpose: complete purchases, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting and legal obligations.
-
AI generation service records
- Examples: prompt text, selected model identifiers, parameters relevant to the request, upstream image URLs or storage references returned by providers, timestamps, and technical error metadata.
- Anonymous / not signed in: we may store an anonymous device fingerprint hash (derived in the browser and stored only as a hash—not your raw browsing history) and a server-side digest that binds the fingerprint, prompt, and image references together for integrity checks and abuse prevention (for example daily limits and anti-automation safeguards).
- Visibility: records tied to anonymous sessions are not shown as a “cloud history” inside the product UI in the way logged-in history may be shown.
- Signed in: generations successfully linked to your account may be shown in your workspace for your own viewing, along with credit usage where applicable.
- Purpose: deliver generations, enforce fair use, investigate abuse, improve reliability, and support credit-based features.
-
Usage and diagnostics
- Examples: pages visited, feature usage, performance logs, and aggregated analytics (depending on configuration).
- Purpose: operate and improve the Site, measure reliability, and understand product usage in aggregate.
-
Device and technical data
- Examples: browser type, language, approximate region derived from network headers (if any), device class, and security signals.
- Purpose: compatibility, security monitoring, fraud prevention, and capacity planning.
-
Cookies and similar technologies
- Examples: cookies/local storage used for sessions, preferences, security, and (where enabled) analytics or ads.
- Purpose: keep you signed in, remember settings, protect the service, and measure marketing performance if configured.
Depending on your region, we may rely on contract (providing the service you request), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement), legal obligation, or consent (for example for optional marketing cookies where required).
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- AI model / inference providers that power generation (they receive the inputs required to run the model).
- Payment processors to complete purchases.
- Infrastructure and security vendors (hosting, storage, email, analytics) under appropriate safeguards.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Your information may be processed in countries where we or our vendors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses) compatible with applicable law.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including:
- Account and billing records for the period required by law and business needs.
- Generation logs for service delivery, security investigations, and dispute resolution, then deleted or aggregated according to our retention schedule (which may evolve and will be reflected in updates to this page).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
To exercise rights, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your request.
The Site is not directed to children under the age where consent is required in their jurisdiction. If you believe we collected information from a child inappropriately, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Outputs may be subject to third-party model providers’ acceptable use and content policies. Your prompts and outputs may be processed by those providers strictly to perform the service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the date above.
