- Web browsers cannot read a native iPhone Live Photo from the Photos picker—you usually get only the still image (HEIC/JPG), not the MOV video track.
- On desktop: export unmodified originals from Mac Photos (paired JPG+MOV with the same name) or upload a .livp file.
- On mobile: choose a .livp or MOV from the Files app—not from the Photos picker alone.
- Supported inputs: .livp archive, paired HEIC/JPG + MOV, or a standalone MOV video track.
